Service tech was very informative on the service. His name was Ignacio Lopez.

We have an annual service agreement with Bugman and it is well worth the fee. After a storm, we experienced a swarm of termites in the garage. We called Bugman and they were so helpful. They sent out Ignacio to help evaluate the problem and then he returned to do some termite treatment. Ignacio was fantastic - he found the colony and treated the area. He was extremely professional, kind and respectful to us. He is very knowledgeable on termites and how to treat and prevent them from spreading. It is technicians like Ignacio that make Bugman so valuable. Thank you.
