I've worked in the property management and multifamily housing industry for almost a decade and I rarely come across great vendors to leave a review for but, our pest control technician, Alfonso Rodriguez from The Bugman in Santa Ana, CA is absolutely amazing! I met Alfonso after be notified that our regular technician would be getting a new route. We had a great relationship with our old technician Carlos, before his route got changed but nevertheless, The Bugman technicians never disappoint!

Carlos has been servicing our home for years! He is prompt, courteous, and has great follow through. Highly recommend him.

Ivan from the Bug Man is amazing , He’s very detailed and makes sure that every section of my house is sprayed.

Unless I require inside service the Bugman will take care of the outside perimeter if I am not home.
