Monica has been working in the industry since 1998 but joined the bugman team in 2017. Her favorite part about working at the bugman is the way individuals are recognized for birthdays, work anniversaries, and professional accomplishments and compliments from customers. When she's not at work, Monica enjoys spending time with her family. Spanish was her first language and her favorite animal is a Liger (Tiger + Lion).
