As the Service Center Manager, Jim manages the efforts of the Service Center team. This includes process and procedure improvements, employee development and coaching, inbound and outbound calls, scheduling of inspections and work orders, route optimization, and so much more! Jim appreciates the teamwork among various departments at the bugman to accomplish the same goals and objectives. Outside of the office, Jim enjoys biking, jogging, and taking vacations with his family. He has also traveled extensively in Southeast Asia!
