Carmen joined the bugman team in as a Customer Care Representative in 2018 after working in the industry for over 6 years. As a CCR, she helps manage inbound and outbound customer calls. Her favorite thing about working at the bugman is the environment and support from her team. Carmen is a mother to a little girl and enjoys spending time with her teaching her new things.
