Alyssa was born and raised all over Southern, CA. She has been in the customer service industry since 2015, and joined the bugman team in 2020! You'll often find Alyssa with a cup of coffee in hand, drinking 4+ cups during the day. With all that caffeine, there's no wonder she considers herself a night owl! As A Customer Care Representative, she loves working with and speaking to people from all walks of life, and enjoys that she never knows where the day is going to take her.
