My wife and I wanted to send a note to inform you that we are “raving fans” of your company. We have used several termite companies over the years who promised good service, but they always fell short of our expectations - always late and the employees, were not very friendly.

Our experience with the bugman personnel has been outstanding. Our first contact was with Robert Montecinos, Termite Inspector. He showed up on time and did a very thorough job of inspecting our home. He was courteous and took the time to explain any questions that we had. The team who came out to treat the termites and wood repair, Jim, Thomas and Gerald were very cordial and provided great service.

Just recently, we experienced rodent problems in the attic. We were impressed by the fact that John McNelis took the time to call and tell us that he was running late on another job. He apologized for the delay and promised to arrive within the hour. John showed up shortly thereafter and diagnosed the problem right away. He was very professional and most important, very courteous. The technician who came out to set the traps, Paul Trinkle, showed up on time and was very friendly. He took the time to explain how and where the traps were going to be set.

The common theme that we saw was that every employee was very friendly, attentive, enthusiastic, and most important, were proud to be part of a fine company. Your receptionists are -very courteous and upbeat! Your employees working on the line with direct customer contact have done a wonderful job of representing your company. We believe the bugman is the Nordstrom of pest exterminators.
