Jennifer Griffith gave me your name and email address, after I complimented her and the rest of the team at your firm that takes such wonderful care of me. I am on annual pest control and termite control plans, and have been nothing short of ecstatic about how your team interacts with, and takes care of, all my "bug" needs.  Everyone is great, from Kelsey and Carrie answering the phones, to Jennifer and the rest of her team, right through to the guys that come out to the house and take care of the "business" end of your business!  I can only wish that everyone else I have to deal with relative to home improvement and home repair and maintenance would be as easy to deal with, and as responsive to clients as you all are.  Your team makes your firm a credit to your industry.  It most certainly is the exception, and not the rule, and I appreciate it very much, and look forward to enjoying a long and fruitful (for both of us!) relationship with your firm.  Please go the extra mile for your team that interacts with me and recognize them as appropriate.  They are awesome!
